Fiat Barchetta
The Fiat Barchetta, pronounced bar-ket-ta, is a small roadster from Fiat based on the Punto. It was built from 1995 to 2005. Barchetta means little boat. This term comes from the history of two-seater sports cars.
In 2001 Fiat slightly modified the appearance of the Barchetta. The most striking change concerns the addition of a third brake light on the trunk. In 2003 Fiat gave the Barchetta a more extensive facelift, consisting of a new front, new front and rear bumpers and other exterior details.
